Keto Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole

A cheesy, hearty low-carb casserole loaded with tender chicken, crispy bacon, broccoli, and creamy ranch dressing. Perfect for a comforting keto-friendly dinner that’s quick, easy, and family-approved.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs cooked chicken breasts cubed (or rotisserie chicken)
  • 8 slices cooked bacon chopped (or turkey bacon)
  • 3 cloves garlic minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • 3/4 cup ranch dressing keto-friendly or homemade
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or pepper jack
  • 4 cups broccoli florets or low-carb veggie alternative

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix chicken, bacon, broccoli, garlic, ranch dressing, and both cheeses.
  • Transfer to a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken to save prep time.
Add spices like paprika or Italian herbs for a flavor boost.
Slightly steam broccoli beforehand to keep it tender-crisp.
Keeps well in the fridge for 3 days or freeze up to 2 months.
Reheat at 350°F for 15–20 minutes or microwave single portions.
