  • 1 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • Preheat the Oven – Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix Ingredients – In a bowl, combine parmesan, mozzarella, egg, and onion powder. Stir until well blended.
  • Shape the Crisps – Spread the mixture into a thin, even layer on the baking sheet.
  • Bake – Bake for 15 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown and crispy.
  • Cool & Serve – Let the crisps cool for a few minutes before slicing or breaking into pieces.
